YinYin & Justin

Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, one couple's love story shone brightly as they patiently waited to celebrate their union. Travelling from the US, they gathered their nearest and dearest for a dreamy destination wedding at The Ungasan. With their hearts set on a grand affair, they enlisted the talents of Calla Esse, renowned for their editorial finish, to bring their vision to life.

Spanning seven unforgettable days, their celebration was nothing short of magical. Three of the five events were elegantly decorated by us, starting with a Balinese-inspired welcome ceremony. This special occasion kicked off with a bija blessing, a traditional Balinese ritual symbolizing purity and spiritual guidance.

As the wedding day dawned, unexpected rain threatened to dampen their plans. Undeterred, we swiftly erected a luxurious tent, transforming the outdoor setting into a cozy haven. With just 48 hours to spare, we sourced, designed, booked, and set up the tent, ensuring that the celebration proceeded seamlessly despite the weather.

As the festivities drew to a close, the couple bid farewell to their guests with a relaxed beach day, a perfect conclusion to their joyous journey. Through love, patience, and unwavering determination, they proved that even amidst uncertainty, love always finds a way to shine.
